My experience with their service was great. Our previous coach had an RV Model Select Comfort and the seam at the foot of the cover pulled loose. They sent us a new cover. About a year later the seem pulled loose on the new one. They sent us another new one.

They are graciously warrantied for TWENTY years. Don't know if it is an issue is there is no proof of purchase, but if you know who bought them, then the warranty card will be proof enough.

We have a queen in our '03 Winnebago. We are at the Winnebago National Rally and this morning I talked to the the Select Comfort rep about the material inside our cover separating on both sides. He said he will call and get me a new cover sent it, and there will be no charge. Can't argue with customer service like that!!

I just received a replacement for my model 4000 pump. They are great to deal with. I also noticed that you can purchase a new upgraded pump on ebay for a fraction of what Select Comfort wants for an upgrade. Good luck.
