Not a bad idea, Mike. It did kinda get off-topic (and mostly by me, it looks like ) from the original subject. Sorry. I, for one, would be very interested to learn what other mfgrs and owners are saying about the different systems.

Also might be interesting to hear more about the dump-vs-level-first discussion . Obviously, we should all follow what the designers specified, but I find it curious as to why there's a difference in procedures.

Ok, I'll shut up now

My '07 Essex dumps air automatically when I hit the "level" button....

IRT busting the cement blocks I would highly recommend DICA Jack Pads as I've used them now for weeks and LOVE them...

Tell them you heard about them on iRV2....

My vote is no thread about 3 point vs 4 point leveling systems. I know the class of member here is much higher than RV.NET, but this topic has been violently discussed, at lenght, many times over, over there. Anyone can read these threads. Just do a search and have some popcorn and your favorite beverage handy. It is interesting reading for a cold stormy night.

Revisiting this thread a year later, I usually dump the air bags before leveling.

But in trying to take into account of ronboc's proposal I limit the amount of jack use beyond just snuggling up to the ground to try to get the extra stability of the wheels.

Welcome any additional thoughts on this subject, so just bumping this thread back into life.
