Alfa SeeYa Slide out crooked / stuck on 1 side.

I have an 05 Alfa gold. The slide was moving fine yesterday. Today we noticed it moved in a lil crooked ( 1 side is all the way in while the other still has about 1 inch opening). We tried pushing the side that was more inside while pushing the out button to make it even. After bringing it all the way, we tried moving it out but one side will not move. Pump works fine and it is electric pump. I got down to the basement but couldn’t find anything that looks off like a broken bolt, worn teeth or dislocated rail/gear.

Could the problem be just my gear on 1 side completely quit? Is it possible a motor issue?

Dual motors or one motor and a long shaft? EITHER START WITH SILICONE OR WHITE GREASE AEROSOL SLIDE LUBE that dries NON-tacky; SOMETIMES, just a little lube in right spots can make things WORK WELL that did not work before. Also make sure nothing fell/ slid under INSIDE? Shoes, socks, dog toys, I had a bag of linen fall from over-cab unseen and almost ripped side front trim off inside during extending; When retracting, items seem to go UNDER, which can LIFT and disengage a Gear? I got 1 motor with shaft going to both side. I sprayed slide out lube but no luck. Nothing under the slide out floor that would get it stuck. :/

Gear each side? Each gear has shear pin/ shear bolt.
Did one shear off?

So I found a pin that locks the gear w the shaft was broken in half. Found replacement piece at Home Depot and that solved it. Thank you
