Another Freeze Question

After several dasys of freezing weather, finally had to drain tanks. The sanicon motor would not come on. I could use the 3 inch drain, but could not use the 1.5 inch tube.

Any suggestions on what the problem is and how to fix.

Try putting a small heater in the water Bay area for awhile then try again. Might be frozen.

A follow-up question since it still won't work. I have tried to "thaw" it, freeing it by turning the screw in the back, and checking for power. Now I am looking for the 20 amp fuse that controls power. Any help locating the fuse would be helpful.
