We have the POS toilet, looking for help in fixing our problem. When you push the button to flush the gate opens fine, but it does not close. Need to reach in the back and loosen the wheel, then push button again and the gate will then close.
Any help would be appreciated

Mine started doing the same thing. I ended up replacing the guts of the toilet.

You might try taking the toilet apart, cleaning everything and putting back together. Not a hard job but messy.

I will take apart POS and try to clean and grease moving parts. If I need parts where were you able to purchase parts. Aldo do you happen to have part numbers that you purchased.

The first time mine failed it was actually the control board, had to replace it also. When that happen it quit working altogether, had to operate it manually until I could get it fixed. Not a pleasant experience.

Sometimes you can get toilet paper jammed in the slide valve. This will cause the gate to jam in the closed position. Make a hook with a welding rod or something like that and clean the groove that the gates seats into.

We had the same toilet.
Got tired of replacing parts.
Sometimes it would flush, sometimes, not.
Sometimes it would only open part way and sometimes not close fully.

Bit the bullet and flushed the complete unit.
Worst toilet I have ever seen.
