The oldusebear is the man. Had I had his help and info it would have saved me a lot of time and money.
My wife and I are new to MHing. we have a 1996 34' Itasca Suncruser P {don't know} 16500#.
Engine is 454 Vortec 7400 SFI 290 HP L29. I do not have a workhorse chassis manual. I have air bags in the front--don't know how much air should be in them. Don't know what chassis I have. Don't understand the L29. Where can I get a manual for the chassis? Thankyou for the help.

I have a 1996 Winnebago Vectra GT on a P30 chassis with the 454 L19 engine. I got my 1995 PG & P3 Chassis Service Manual and 1995 PG & P3 Chassis Driveability, Emissions, and Electrical Diagnosis Manual on eBay for around $40. Both manuals were in EXCELLENT condition and it was money well spent. If you would like send me a private email I will scan the cover of my manuals so you can see them because it makes it much easier to know what you are looking for if you see a picture.

I have a '98 Winnebago on a P series chassis (actually a P-32 aka P-30). Got a full set of manuals on Ebay also for about $40. They have been a great help. You need to check the chassis VIN to be sure of the year. It is not uncommon to find your chassis to be one year older than the body year. BTW- your chassis is pre workhorse, it is a GM chassis.

There is a set of 1996 P32/42 shop manuals on ebay right now at a real low price, but no bids yet. Wish I could post the link for you, but can't figure it out.
