Basement AC Service in Tucson

It's 80 outside and the AC is set at 78. It has been running for a couple of hours and the temperature doesn't seem to be changing inside. It should be doing better than this. We're in Tucson for a month. Can anyone recommend someone that can take a look at it? I called an AC guy that does both residential and RV, but I found him with a Google search. I would appreciate any advice you can offer.

Thanks.

Cameron mobile RV is used by a lot of people here in Tucson. He has been around for quite a while. I used him once did a good job. 520-490-7632 I have no idea what he charges now.
