better storage

On our MH some of our storage compartments are attached to the slides. This makes them about 16" deep. Haven't measured and don't think the depth is important.
Anyway, I'm sort of tired of using plastic bins of various sizes to get full use out of the compartments.
Would like to build dividers to section off (vertically and horizontally) the compartment.

Has anyone seen any great way of doing this.

Thanks
Bob

Recommend you use light material and keep in mind the weight limit of the compartment/slide out system to prevent future fatigue issues.

Wow! I use the plastic drawers that stack on top of each other. I can get 3 drawers to a compartment, and some compartments vary in width. I find this arrangment much more rewarding in finding things than having to pull out storage bins. Just pull a drawer out and there is your "stuff." I even inventoried each drawer so that I can look on a list to see where the item is that I wanted.

Good luck.

Send a message via AIM to stearn
Can't remember where but I did see where they used plywood attached with "L" brackets vertically. Looked like a way to divide and hold items in place. There was also a wooden box with drawers on slides. I think I might have seen it on the RV travel site. Let us know what you come up with. I for one am always interested in storage solutions!
