Sounds as though most posters think this individual parked in this manner intentionally to block you in. We shouldn't forget some people just don't think or realize where they park the car could be a problem for someone else. I wouldn't let this upset me to the point I'd tamper with valve stems or do anything else to the vehicle. Now if the folks came out and told me it was done to harass me, Yes then I'd get pretty hot real quick!

I'd go back in the resturant with the make model and plate and have the management sqwak until he moved it.
Agree with ciderdog, 90% of those who do this are clueless, not nasty.

At the risk of causing repetitive redundancy, maybe you could have given him the silent treatment and just not have told him where you put the air from his tires. Or, got any salmon you could drop behind the grill? Or have some inexpensive signs on hand where you could lay 2 or 3 of them around his car saying - "Jerk Alert!". Or, if there are some 1%'ers around, walk up to them and give them your best scowl saying, "None of you better mess with that (whatever) car beside the motorhome!" Or maybe report that (whatever) car to the police a your stolen vehicle ... on a tentative and sketchy cellular call that seems to be breaking up all the time. Or report it to the police as belonging to some guy in the restaurant dealing in drugs. Just don't hang around for the resulting action.

Bunch of teens park in the "Handicapped" zone.. Son of a friend (Who by the way was handicapped. now he's .. Well, No handicapps in Heaven)
Friend's son starts letting air out.. Security guard comes by and asks him "WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU ARE DOING?" he tells the truth.. Guard says "Well get over on the other side of the car where the cameras can't see you!" and.. having finished that side.. he did.
I tried to find it. but years ago there was a "joke" parking ticket which contained lines like "May the fleas of a thousand camels" and "May you suffere premature transmission failure on the freeway in rush hour" and "May your horn get stuck just as the Hells Angles are half way finished passing you" and such.
Print it out on Avery peal and stick.. And peal, And stick.. Dead center in the DRIVER's windshield.. WEAR Gloves when handling the paper. Don't want to leave prints.

I had someone block my drivers door once. Happened to have a bar of soap in the van so decided to wash his windows while waiting. Got the soap on but forgot I didn't have water to rinse.Left a message about how gratefull I was for his thoughtfullness on the windshield in soap.Felt good.

We had a guy do that to us once, we turned the tv on and waited him out. He sent his kids out now and then to see if we were trying to get out. We were there for breakfast but would have stayed for supper, thought about putting the awning and lawn chairs out. Apparently his little joke wore thin on him as he left about an hour later and we waved as he got in his car. We stayed for a cup of coffee just for the heck of it. I figure we are in the right vehicle to wait it out!

Riverbender.. I'd say you got the best revenge... I mean the RV lifestyle is not about being in the devil's own hurry.. It's about stopping to "Smell the roses".. HIS, lifestyle is likely very hurried, and by killing time "Disrupting" you.. He screwed his schedule for the day up.
I are recalling a comment I made after watching the last Sing-Off (next to last of the season) where they awarded the prize and the contract... One of the winners commented on how he was teased in school because he has a very high voice.
I'd say he got REVENGE big time, Two million dollar recording contract, Big cash prize, National recognition... The folks who teased him are likely flipping burgers and working in the pit at speedy lube places.
