Bounder steps

HELP, just pulled into a campground and my steps won’t come out or go in . They came out a couple of inches, did I blow a fuse ? How can I tell ?

What year is your Bounder ?

Is this a new to you RV ?

Do you have any info on what brand of power steps ? Kwikee ?
