Brake controller harness for 2022 Ford F53 Chassis

The brake controller isnt working with the brake but works with the button on the controller. The only wire I dont understand is the BOO signal. The wire is very small gauge. It should be the stop wire according to the wires labeled from the controller. Wondering if anyone has any ideas?

Controller:
Ground
12V
Brake
Stop

I have a 2020 and if I recall correctly the colors from the controller did not match the ford wires. I had to run some test to match them up correctly.

Yeah the colors don't match but they are labeled on the wires from the controller and labeled on the pigtail that was supplied with the coach. The pigtail connector is different from the ones I've used in Ford chassis since my 1999 E350 thru 2019 F53. The 2022 is oval with 4 pins instead of square.

BOO stands for Brake on off. That will be the brake signal from the coach used to activate the brake controller. That wire should connect to the “stop” or what ever is designated as the brake input to the controller. The brake wire on the controller (typically the blue wire) will go to the trailer via the 7 pin connector.
If you put a voltmeter on the BOO wire the other probe from the meter to chassis ground you should see 12 volts on the wire when the brake pedal is depressed. If not you may have a open fuse in the circuit. That should be fuse F95 in the engine compartment fuse block. That fuse block is located above the air box and is typically not very easy to remove the cover and access due to close quarters.

Prodigy P3 brake controller wiring to F-53

Trying to install a Prodigy P3 brake controller on my 2024 Entegra Emblem. I'm posting my wiring diagram from what I can gather from the internet. I would just like someone to verify the diagram. If it is right I must have a bad connection somewhere because P3 says no trailer connected.

Prodigy P3 to Ford F-53 pigtail
--------------
BLUE (brake output) --------------> BLUE (trailer electric brake)
WHITE (bat -) ----------------------> BLACK (grnd -)
RED (stoplight - to cold side)------> BROWN/BLUE (BOO)
BLACK (bat +) ---------------------> RED (bat +)
---------------
Thanks!
