Until you look at it and your trailer or tow vehicle is gone or doing something it ought not be doing, then it gets really exciting really quickly.

I'v got four cameras and three screens. Does that mean I get three tickets or Four tickets. Does it matter if they are color or B&W.

This is a simplistic interpretation. Having a TV showing an in-house movie in view of the driver WILL also get you a ticket - and deservedly so.

The law is clearly worded, and uses two different terms, "television broadcast" and "live video". This is a key difference.

"Television broadcast" refers to commercial TV broadcast.

"Live video" refers to CCTV or something like it. Under the law quoted you are NOT in violation by using a lane-change camera.

They are two VERY different things.
