Had a chance to work on it last night. Shined up the contacts and it fired up. However, I was getting a weird sounding yellow flame, so I took the burner tube apart and found a dried up dead bug in there. Removed it and now everything is working perfectly. Thanks for all of the advise and help. This is a great site!
