Carrier Air V furnace not working

Hello friends! I came to check on my coach today and run through the systems to make sure everything is working. When I turned on the furnace (front and back) nothing happens. The a/c side works perfectly. I thought maybe it was a gas issue but the stove and water heater both light. I have the Carrier Air V units with only the wireless remotes so I don't have external thermostats to check. I'm usually pretty good with this stuff but this one has me at a loss.

Do any of you have any experience with this system or words of wisdom on what I should start with?

Generally the FRONT A/C controls the furnace. which can be anything OTHER than a carrier. ON the A/C you have a Furnace Emergency button. Press an hold it like 30 seconds you will get a beep when you press it and another later.. Wait for the 2nd one. IF the furnace does not start you have a furnace issue.

ALL the A/C does .. Well there is a relay.. Coming out of the control box (or inside it) are two BLUE wires.. the relay connects them together to start the furnace.

YOu can also find these wires at the furnace control board

One wire should have 12 volts. when the A/C calls for heat both wires should have 12 volts. USE a test light, not a volt meter.

But I'm guessing the issue is with the Furnace, not the Carrier unit.. Was with mine. twice
