Carrying on a hitch?

We are new to Class A diesel pusher rving. My question is "If you don't want to pull anything, but want some type of transportation what all can you carry on your hitch?" Thanks all ideas.

Welcome to the forum!!

For short trips where we do not need a toad, we use our hitch receiver for a bike rack to hold our e-bikes.

The hitch receiver on a DP is typically rated for at least 500 lbs of weight-carrying; some may be as much as 1000 lb. And you can have motorcycle lifts mounted to the back as well, though that takes more than just a hitch rack.

There is also a single-wheel platform for motorhomes that enables you to carry a motorscooter, motorcycle, etc.

We bring our motorcycle. If just me the Panigale but if the wife's with me then the Diavel since it has a backseat. I'm still looking for a dual motorcycle hitch but looks like imma have to get it custom made.

Takes just a couple minutes to load/unload which is nice so even with daytrips we can park in a parking lot, unload the bike and ride around town exploring without having to worry about taking the huge coach everywhere.

For shorter trips we have an electric scooter and hopefully getting an off road electric skateboard which easily fit in the basement. But we've had issues with these since they're much harder to leave unattended at like a Walmart.
