City Water Valve Rebuild

Can the water valve controling city water an tank fill be disambled? Mine will not completely shut off supply to storage tank .It is on a 1999 Allegro bus. Perhaps i didnt pull on valve hard enough as i had handle off an jam nut removed.

Mine is a Swann https://swanindustries.com/collections/retail-customer

Mine was doing the same thing so I took it off and apart. I almost destroyed my getting it apart only to find that there were a couple screws under the stick on label.

The only thing that was wrong with mine was the check valve.

I was going to replace the 3-way valve but there was nothing wrong with it.
