A rv owner work colleague reckoned to offer 40k with an aim to pay 42k. He said below 30 has a psychological effect and could sour the deal. He is putting on 4 new rear Toyo 22.5 tires and fronts are a year old.

I would expect the convection/microwave and fogged passenger window to be repaired. The window is not bad but noticeable

Turns out yhe guy ownes a truck building shop and can get the tires at a wholesale price. Probaly can do the same with the windows and microwave.

Just read on the below thread that the w24 was an 8k upcharge, the poster said Fleetwood discounted it to 5k.

I did a full inpection on the coach and found some issues. The owner said the lowest he could go is 45k and I would have to fix the issues.

I am going to pass.
