Mine stays plugged in 24/7/365, so I maintain my flooded batteries once per month. I drop my auto-fill pump's tube into my distilled water and squeeze until the bulb is firm. Then I put away the distilled water and the pump hose. Takes about 5 minutes if I'm messing around and have a beer in my hand.

I've used both Lifeline agm batteries in my sailboat and Fullriver AGM in the coach and have had great longevity with both.

Fullriver AGMS offer a two-year full replacement warranty where Lifeline only offers 1 year.

I like cheap so at interstate battery here the returns are sold for 55 each for the 6v golf cart.. they have a 6 month warrenty.. I also have them load test them properly and have rejected one so far..i buy em for my daughters car and my wifes car.even if you have to replace them at 2 yrs your are money ahead....I see no reason they would if properly load tested...and if you accidently run them dead a few times wouldn't be heart breaker if they were $1300 and not $220??

In our '02 DSDP we had 4 - U2200 Interstate batteries. In 2004 I put 4 oz of mineral oil in each cell. Finally replaced the batteries in 2012 with more of the same. I also never did an equalizing charge on them.
Here are the batteries in 2008 after never having cleaned them.

I bought my first set of 6 volts from Sam's Club and they still hadn't died after 9 years, but we were heading to the Sierras to Boondock for 6 weeks so I replaced them again from Sam's Club and still going strong.

How odd it is that in all these responses you've not been asked what type of batteries you have now. So what is it that you're looking to replace? Sealed, flooded, 6V, 12V, and what size?
