sorry to hear that but buying sight unseen can have bad consequences. it's wise to not assume anything and to have the used vehicle...any used vehicle...inspected before laying down any hard earned money.

The reality today is....never....take the dealer's word for anything. A lesson learned and costly mistake on your part, I'm afraid.

From my experience no dealer ever checks anything, ever. Especially if you are flying in. The RV industry is the worst about lying, even more than car dealers, if that's possible! Almost impossible to get them to honor anything, even if it is in writing. They are only lying when their mouth is moving...

I have been to this dealership and can tell you that the pics of the rvs they sell don't look like the rvs on the lot when you get there. They seem to be very good at only showing what they want you to see. Sorry you got burned by them.

Just another example of making sure you do a thorough check of any and all systems before putting your hard earned money down, even with a private owner, but especially with a dealer !!
