Question Class C Shoulder belts missing!

I just purchased a Coachman Leprechaun. The couch in the back of the coach only has lap belts, no shoulder restraints. Can anyone recommend a restraint system for a 5 and 8 year old who will be in car seats on the couch in the coach?

What you're looking to do is an a LATCH system to your coach's rear seating. There are many web sites and threads out there about adding a LATCH system to a motor home.

This is probably something that one could do himself, but I'm very hesitant to actually offer advice due to the safety concerns involved here. There are so many variables involved, ranging from having appropriate forward-facing seats in which to mount the child seats all the way to finding appropriate structural support for the LATCH system.

My first suggestion would be to contact a local good RV dealer and ask if they have an aftermarket company they work with for things like this. They may have a local company that can help retrofit your coach.
