Just a reminder. These detectors (and smoke alarms) do have a life cycle and need to be replaced with age. Also, pay close attention when shopping for a replacement. The first two I pulled off the store display were older than the one I'm replacing.

The RV MH that is still alive (they used 4) is currently in Alberta, owned by my buddy's cousin! Love that movie!

Propane and Carbon Monoxide Detectors should be separate units. Propane is heavier than air, and CO is slightly lighter than air. Therefore, having a combined unit, mounted in one location, is not the most effective way to monitor for deadly gases.
