Coach doesn’t start but generator does. Always hooked up to 50amp
I have had the coach always hooked up to 50 Amp service while in storage. Upon trying to start the coach, the whole dash is blank and no start with key. The generator starts just fine. Is that a fuse in back right bag or a battery issue?

Generator starts off house batteries. Chassis batteries may be dead. Common that when plugged in house batteries are getting charged but not chassis batteries without some other steps. If batteries are dead and you are in a winter environment, they likely will need to be replaced. There should be a boost or emergency start switch. Try that and see if you at least get some ignition or light action. With the chassis batteries dead, it is unlikely that the boost circuit will start the main engine.

I agree w/Dennis that it's a chassis battery issue. BTDT. The boost switch won't start the engine if the chassis battery is completely dead - that's too much of a pull. Have you put a tester on the chassis battery to determine voltage?

Make, Model, Year, of rig would allow us to be of more help.
Put it in your signature.
How long have you owned and what is your RV experience?
Have some learning and rig needs some upgrades.

I installed a battery tender on my chassis batteries because only the house batteries are charged when plugged in.

Allow it to sit with Emerg Start engaged for 3-5-10 min+ = best to allow chassis battery to charge some before trying to crank.....but, it can be a terminal CORROSION ISSUE, OR SOMEONE STOLE THE BATTERY/ ies, SO LOOK FIRST?
