Coach Net Technical support for MH house issues

Has anyone used Coach net phone support?
Where they able to help resolve the issue?

Yes, many times over the years.

I haven't personally, but a friend did and felt he knew as much as the rep on the phone did. The help was accurate, but didn't go very deep and they won't advise any check or procedure that some amateur might mess up (himself or the RV).


So, my impression is it's probably helpful for those who have no tech savvy, but not much for the handyman-mechanic type.

I probably fall half way between the two types you describe :-)

If I have an issue while on a trip during business hours I would call Winnebago, I would only call Coachnet if out of business hours :-)
