Damon seats

We rent our RV through a rental company. We noticed, after three trips, that the driver and passenger chairs were worn at the top and bottom. Rental company says this is wear and tear. We disagree strongly. They say it is made of 'pleather' and they also say it is common for this fabric to wear but after three trips. We think it's bullcrap. Any thoughts from anyone?

I'd check with the manufacturer of the seats. Doesn't seem normal wear and tear to me.

The material on my Outlaw drivers seat started wearing within the first 300 miles. It now has close to 14k and the seat covering is in shambles, flaking and peeling on all the wear points. Most Damon (Thor) owners have told me of similar experience.

I have seen several complaints about the fabric (Fake leather) on Damon seats.

Mine.. Well it's 7 years and yes they have wear, I also have fully clawed cats in the house.
