When using the Bluetooth for audio music, my left side speakers (front and rear) volume is at its lowest value - barely audible. Right side works fine. When using another source such as the Radio, volume works as expected on all speakers. Seems to be a bluetooth only issue. RiverPark, nor Xite can help and suggest I purchase the newer XSG4NA version for $1600 (not including install). Clearly mind boggling to say the least. Does anyone know if the system uses a bluetooth dongle to support its bluetooth functionality? I've looked at the harness below the cup holder and found nothing labeled as bluetooth. I haven't look behind the 10 in screen in the upper part of the dash. Not sure how it actually comes out; again, no help from RiverPark. Any thoughts, ideas? I've already tried resetting and disconnecting power.
