Dashboard lights and head lights won't turn off

Hello group!
Here's the deal.
2008 Monaco Dynasty Yorkshire 45'.

We are at a campground hooked up to shore power 50 amp.

Chassis Battery cutoff switch is in the off position.
Rear Engine panel starting switch is in the middle position. Not on front start not on rear start.

The engine is off, no keys in the ignition.

The dashboard gages are moving freely back and forth. The check engine light is on, parking light is on and the middle display panel shows engine communication failure. Transmission display is lit and the headlights are on despite the switch off.
And it beeps.

Here's the corker. No matter if the chassis battery's cut off switch is on or off the dashboard display is still lit and headlights on.

If I switch the rear engine compartment switch to front or rear, same.

Ready for this.... if I turn all my air conditioners off then all the dash lights go off and the beeping stops.

My tv won't work because it thinks the engine is on.

I've tried resetting the battery cut off switch, resetting the inverter, plugging and unplugging.
Starting from scratch and plugging and turning on the thermostat. Checked my breaker panels, reset. Still the same the dashboard remains lit up, dials going crazy and headlights on.

We had to physically remove the bulbs from the headlights to turn them off.

We have checked fuses and no luck there.

Now... we just picked it up today from a dealer that fixed the front air conditioner. They were not aware of the chassis battery cutoff switch and thus the batteries were drained at it needed a jump.

The dealer had it for a few weeks.

We drove 2 hours from the dealer to the campground no issues.

So... anyone out there with any ideas at all on how to trouble shoot?

Happy 4th,
Much love in advance,

Nicole

Ouch! I hate electrical gremlins! This one, from what you describe, sounds like the "dealer" has wired something wrong when he "fixed" the A/C. Of course he will deny it and charge you more to fix what he did. If no one else gives you a better choice, you will have to go back to the dealer when possible.

Good luck!
