Demco buys SMI company

I recently purchased a wireless brake light monitor from SMI and today I received an invoice from DEMCO for this item along with a note stating that DEMCO recently purchased the SMI business.

I have no experience with DEMCO products but I've used both the Stay-in-play and the Air Force One SMI brake systems for years and have always had great customer service. Hoping that DEMCO provides the same level of great customer service.

cheers,
Joopy

Yes, this was announced a couple months ago. From the news brief sounded like all operations moving to Boyden,IA by December 2017.
So no more factory support from Newburg,In. unless former employees start something up.
