Diagnosing hydraulic jack issues

Guys, I need to “fix” hydraulic leveling jacks on my 2000 Georgie Boy and have no idea where to start. 1 jack/line/pump leaks like hell and won’t respond to motion switch in fact it doesn’t even switch on.
The pumps are Oildyne but cannot see any brand on Jacks.
Question: Where do I start diagnosing the problems and what is a “strong” reliable replacement jack and pump. Obviously I’d like all for “free”

Welcome! Need to know what brand leveling system you have currently. A picture of the control panel would be a good start if you don't know the manufacturer. Also, do the jacks have external springs?
