Dometic fridge final water exit.

There is an overload of info on replacing the hose. Or I wouldn't ask. There is a cutout a bottom rim of vent door. Hose just lays there, water has been running back to plywood . Not terribly messed up its solid. Was this supposed to be puttied up . if they left just an 1/8" lip it would of drained out so much better.
Did anyone punch hole in door and make a mount to hold hose . Maybe I will fabricate a chrome tip from old school faucet connect tubing. I know ill still need to keep critter screen.

My Dometic fridge condensation drip tray drain hose is clipped and exits the lower access vent thru one of the 'louvers' which allows the water to drip OUTSIDE of the RV

The vent door is Old school louvered aluminium rectangle rounded corners.
I may just brake a small angle to form a gutter of sorts to channel any rain seepage as well. It may be why the left lip cut away full open to begin with.

Mine has 2 tiny plugs with holes that fridge drains out of in the cover frame.
