Driver door power window trim

We have a 2003 Holiday Rambler Vacationer that is gasoline powered. At the driver's side there is an exit door with a powered roll down window. The outside rubber wiper for the window is badly deteriorated.

I can't figure out how to remove the darn rubber glass wiper. The other problem is where to get a replacement for it.

Most of the rubber outside window trim for this beast isn't available any longer. I recently rebuilt the fixed double pane window on this side and it needed new glazing trim. I searched everywhere learning it was not made any longer.

Sometimes you can post a picture of trim and members can help.
