Ever experience/try A Solar powered Generator?
So I stumbled across this article. It had 15 luxury MHs and a brief description. One of the MHs had a SOLAR POWERED GENERATOR. I don't think it's enough to run 2-3 (15k btu A/c units) A/C units, but maybe everything else. Does anyone here have one, Or did you ever use one or experience one?

So called solar generators are generally just a gimmick name for a small solar panel battery/inverter setup. You’ll see lots of folks on here have their rv’s converted to large portable solar generators with panels, batteries, and more often than not an inverter system. In the end, the solar panels are used primarily as a battery charger, although during the day they also take care of some or all of the power load. Batteries take care of things when the sun doesn’t.

The term solar powered generator could mean anything. We need more info. What's the claimed capacity?

Perhaps they are waiting for you to provide a link to this article so they can evaluate for themselves before commenting.

I suspect Solar Generator is a Gimmick name. As such I am less than trusting. All solar systems are solar generators. They Generate power from the sun to a Battery or in some cases directly. To equal a gas/diesel/propane generators output would require a LOT of panels.

Solr generator?
I think the term is just an alt-moniker for your standard solar install.
I put 3-100w panels, with a 3000w inverter on my 96 Georgie Boy. Loved it and got the state and federal tax credits to buy down the cost.
Except for running A/C, I never have to turn on the generator, although I do just to keep it from gumming up.
And since I put in a thermostatically controlled ceiling fan, I don't use the A/C at all. But then, I don't have to sleep cold, I just need moving air to feel comfortable.

Im familiar with you're with what you're talking about. The Kodiak is the best on the market right now. But not powerful enough to run a AC unit. Possibly a refrigerator. Check out a YouTube video called Canadian prepper solar Kodiak generator. It's basically a battery charged by your solar panels

Running an air conditioner with solar is possible, though difficult, the problem is twofold, first RV air conditioners are not very energy efficient, 2 there is barely enough room on most motorhomes for enough solar panels to power their air conditioning requirements. A few people have managed to fit enough panels on about a 30 ft coach to power a single 13.5 kbtu air conditioner under ideal conditions, using a large inverter and battery bank to handle the starting loads, power drop due to clouds, etc. To do this generally means covering all available space on the roof with solar panels, including mounting them above exhaust vents, etc.
