Well with the amount of information given I'd say "Carefully"
I have a diesel pusher with a rear radiator. I did have to remove the radiator/CAC to even see the engine. Actually just getting the heavy CAC out of the way as the biggest job. CAC is a Charge Air Cooler also known as an intercooler....or radiator to cool the turbo air.
Don't forget that somebody put it together, and and you can too.

I've heard it's relatively straightforward. My rv repair center charged me 1/2 hr labor and it was done right in less than 30 minutes..
