Here is the e commerce site for Dometic Fantastic Fan
https://www.edometic.com/allusr/sp.nsf/spcftv?ReadForm

Select your model and then series. It will list of parts, but in the upper right corner there is a link to a parts diagram.

Toggle between both to find the part.

Then do a general search on the internet to see if you can find it. I usually check Amazon, Ebay, and do a search using Froogle.com (google shopping).

Years ago I had a problem with mine and at the time Fantastic Fan sent me parts free of charge. Since it's been bought by Dometic they aren't as helpful

Lippert now owns Dometic, who owns FantasticFan. They have old spare parts in their warehouse unitll NOS is all sold. I used to have the Customer Service phone# for FF but "used to" means not now. The model# in on the motor sticker.
BTW, the lid has a lifetime warranty, which "Fanny" the CS rep to which i spoke said as long they have them in the warehouse they honor that lifetime warranty. The remainder of parts have a 7 yr. warranty.

This is the Dometic CS number they can help. 1-800-544-4881 . They help me order a part yesterday for my 2015 Fantastic fan. You will probably have to purchase what they call a up grade kit.

i found a new old stock shroud for 60 bucks on ebay, its not the all bells an whistle shroud but I've got my original to copy the opening.

and for the motor i went with a dometic fit fantastic vent with bow tie for 40 from Amazon.

couldn't figure out my parts from that link on my phone...

hope what i got ordered helps me get it back to working order...

just got my tag brakes for my Dexter tag axle, shipping was all screwed up. that customer rep slso claimed it was shipped by “lippert"

i hate it when big players buy up small companies with good products...

so the new old stock shroud came in, missed us by a day, got forwarded by our former land lord, and reached us finally....

after some careful chipping i now have it also fittig the electric lid opener and the inside/outside direction switch...

now i need some help with the wiring.

i don't want to smoke anything being so difficult to get spares.

who can help?
