I had a fan support leg crack and one break which, caused the fan blades to rub the screen cover. I contacted support to find out what type of glue to use on the plastic. They said that glue probably would not fix the problem. They took the model number and made up a complete replacement of the fan motor, blade and support hanger. I am buying another fan from them because of their fantastic service.

I agree. A few years ago one of my fans would not open. They told me what to check to figure out the problem, then sent replacement part at no charge even though the fan was well out of warranty.

Two thumbs up for Fantastic Vent. They replaced a 5 year old fan for me at no charge. Just a GREAT company to deal with.
