Flying J Dump Station

Has Flying J decided to do away with their dump stations? Just stopped at the Brunswick Georgia station and the dump area was concreted in.

There are several situtations.. some folks seem to think we don't need no steeenken dump stations so they vandalize them.. And some times the city or state will pass legislation specifically designed to make it hard on RVers. One such law has to do with dump stations.

Do not be too quick to blame Flying-J They may have been ordered to close it or forced to close it by outside forces.

Ask the store manager why it's closed.. Do so polietly please.

(or ask the Company) Do be nice though, Assume it was not their decision when you send the inquiry.. They will respond. (Don't know if I believe them when they do but they do respond, NOTE: Don't know that I don't believe them either, In the case where I contacted them,, I very simply do not know and won't for at least a year)

I do know that the dump station at the Flying J going west out of Atlanta on I-20 was shut down by the county because it went into their sewage system and they didn't want to have to pay for the processing. The Loves station just in the other county was open.

the "hook" in troutdale, or, has closed their dump station and poured a concrete slab where it used to be.
