FMCA vs Escapees Roadside assistance programs?
The title pretty much sums it up, I am currently an FMCA member, my roadside assistance through them recently expired, I am thinking about switching to Escapees as I am finding I am getting less and less from my FMCA membership, and don't plan to attend any FMCA rallies in the foreseeable future, as the regional rally venue set for the next 3 years is on the far side of our region, farther than I would likely go for such events, so I am thinking about dropping it. I have read they both use the same provider, but don't know if there are program differences given that the Escapee rate is much lower than the FMCA rate, also I have read that the Escapee roadside assistance may have a max age for coach to be eligible, my coach is 21 years old now, does anyone know if this is true?
Any thoughts? We may have a trip coming up in 2-3 weeks so I need to make a decision.
