Ford Rear Disk pads

Hi, title of post opens door on suggests and opinions on brake materal . I have a class C conversion 25 ft.(tip to tail) my quarters are 17', anyway the things I'll be hauling are a 1998 Jeep GC mostly or a 28 ft. Fleetwood Prowler with a 8500 lbs. manufacture tag.

The reason I asking it because I'm preparing to service my rear system and the brake will be replaced. I looking to replace with at least what the parts dealers are listing as delivery trucks, rv's and tow trucks a lot of heavy use when needed vehicles. I'm familiar with the metalices but, about the ceramics(not much price difference) is anyone using them? how are they holding up? also the rotors? ok could be considered a gas hauler with a V10. I've been the owner/driver over half it's life. I've just pressure bled the brake system and visually inspected rear.
I forgot to mention it's the same rear ends used on the "F" chasis Class A and larger C's. E super Duty, E-450 and E550 chasis family
