Are you referring to when those little roller-things come out of the track on a crank out frameless window?
If so, take a look at the video below. I'm not sure if what the video is showing is exactly the problem you are experiencing or not --or if yours is a stationary window where it is separating from the molding where the window doesn't open at all?
No what I am talking about is that the frameless window is separating from the inner window and it flaps loosely while driving I’m wondering how if anyone knows how to fix it myself. Has anybody had any issues with this type of Hehr window

The glass would need to be removed from the RV, then clean both panes of glass. Lay a 1/8th inch bead of elastomeric sealant along the edge of 1st pane and lay the 2nd down on top of the first. When dry, reinstall the glass.

Ours did that and the manufacturer provided us with the window part number. The whole window has to be replaced. Since this is next to my passenger seat, we opted to seal it shut. Our super roving RV tech did it for us with some type of black sealant and we tied the window shut to insure that it sealed properly. Haven't missed it at all.

I had this happen to my bathroom window. I just took some black ATV sealant, put a small bead down, taped the glass for 24 hours and haven't had any problem since.
