Fresh Water Tank won’t fill

I’m a new Class C owner and I’m not able to fill my fresh water tank. This is my set up. Is there a shut off valve somewhere preventing the water from going in the tank? The City water works. Yes, I’m using the 9 o'clock position. Thx

Rotating the blue valve 1/4 turn as shown in the diagram should be all that's needed. If that doesn't work it's likely a bad valve.

Remove the blue handle see if the valve stem splines are gone on the handle or stem

Thanks

The valve works fine. I pulled the whole thing apart and tested it.

I didn’t winterize this but the winterize instructions talks about “locating the water tank” aNd “turn the tank bypass to closed”. So I’m assuming that bypass is still closed. Does anyone know where this bypass would be on a 2019 Coachmen Freelander Class C?

Are you sure it doesn't say “water heater bypass”? When winterizing the water heater, it would be in the bypass position so you don't have to fill the 6 or 10 gallon tank with antifreeze.

The bypass valve could be anywhere in the system but I'd start looking at the backside of the water heater to start.

I'm not sure changing the water heater bypass will cure your problem of not filling the freshwater tank, but it's a start.

Do you have a whole coach filter somewhere? It may have valves at the filter to shut off water for replacing the filter insert.

Can you get water to faucet in the CITY position? If not, the little check valve at hose inlet is stuck shut. Pull Screen out of hose connection and try to operate little check valve?

Do you have a gravity fill port? If yes, use it as a workaround till you get this issue resolved.

Yes, In the city position . I know the valve works in the tank position too because I pulled it out and checked.
