Front Shocks

I have a 99' safari continental Panther 425, front shocks need replaced but having a hard time finding what i need. The number on the shocks is B1L9TEIN, but the RV parts store in junction city can not cross reference them and i find nothing substantial on a web search. hope someone can help.

That is the brand name not part #. Go to https://www.shockwarehouse.com/index...de=make&type=M To determine the correct shock part # for your chassis.
For example my shock number is Bilstein 24-241755 for my Spartan chassis.

A '99 will be a Safari Magnum chassis, built in-house by Safari for their own motorhomes. You will probably have to identify the front axle they used to get the right shock part number. The look-up on the Shock Warehouse site will help you out.

The part# should be stamped into the shock housing. If it starts with an F it is the old number, shock warehouse software should convert it to the new Id number.

First off, I would go with the Koni FSD shocks over the Bilsteins. Koni has a listing for your chassis.
