Question Fuel Gauge

I have a 2007 Sea Breeze V10 Triton. It has become obvious that my fuel gauge is not correct. The maual indicates capacity of 75 gallons? I know there is a substantial amount that can be pumped into the spout leading to the tank. Recently I topped the take off when it indicated just below full, it took 28 gallons. Can the gauge be calibrated or replaced with a digital more accurate gauge?

How much gas do I have or not have?
