These companies make adjustments and will never show any allegiance to you, so don't feel bad about shopping another company. Progressive did the same thing to us after four years, we dropped the like a hot potato and went with AAA.
State Farm had raised our prices for years, years ago, because they no longer wanted to sell car insurance in California. We went to AAA, after having State Farm for over 20 years, and never looked back. About a year later, State Farm realized they made a strategic error and wanted to insure California again.....they'll never see a dollar of my money.
