Great customer service

Here's a company that cares about it's customers. I couldn't find a nut to go on the tire stem which attached the valve extension to the hub. After looking everywhere for this special nut I called Bobbie at Wheel Masters and she, without any questions about where I bought the extensions, etc, just sent me 4 nuts, which I received in about 3 days. Wish all companies did business like Wheel Masters.

Yes, there still are some customer oriented co's out there, thanks for the good report, we have a Wheel Master's tire guage, and somehow the seal is missing, have held onto it for a few years, seemed a shame to just though it out.
Well, now I'll follow your lead and give them a call.
Thanks.
