My friend replaced the old Atwood jack system with the new system from Atwood about 3 years ago now. Not one failure since it was installed so he is a happy camper. He considered changing to another jack system but the cost was out of sight to do that. He went to Indiana (I think) to have it installed and Atwood charged a discounted price for it. If I were you I would ask Sue at Atwood if they will still offer cost savings to replace old with the new. Can't hurt to ask.

I did away with the electronic controller which was located on the top of right front compartment on my 07Phaeton. No more automatic levelling and I mounted four switches in same compartment. Revelers have never failed since then.
