Never have. I've searched for and have never found any document stating that the seal needs to be lubricated or treated in any way. I figure something will go awry because of its 17 year age but for now, the original seals are pliable and looking good.

I never have until I couldn’t open my outside tv. Now I use baby powered on all mine (the ones I can reach)
The TV door doesn’t stick anymore so my guess is, the others are getting a little help.

Per Newmar, just baby powder to keep the rubber from sticking. Go easy on the powder though or you'll be dealing with the white stuff on your exterior slide walls, windows, and screens for months to come.
Ask me how I know

They make a slide seal conditioner some use baby power so the slide will not stick to rubber.

I have a can of CRS exactly like that one. It's okay for rubber seals, but on the back in the small print it says in CAPS, "NOT FOR USE ON PLASTICS." So if you want a multi use product, it is not this one.
