How to drain a clogged Domestic Vacuflush system

I have a clogged Vacuflush system (VG3). It serves two toilets. Both have water, ok black water stuff up into the toilets themselves.
I have a repair guy coming tomorrow . I guess the duckbill valves need replacing as the system cannot generate a vacuum to flush.
My question is how to empty the system before stating to take it apart to replace the parts?

Only 2 ways that I know of. 1-pull the hoses from the vacuum pump to drain into a 5 gallon bucket or 2. Use a wet vac with a large hose and start from toilet bowl.

Wow, replacing duckbill valves on a 2018? In our experience they are good for at least 3 years. Good luck with the clog.
