How to repair MH cover?
I am getting ready to go on the road again. I had my RV covered over the winter, and we had some strong winds here, and the cover has suffered a little bit. It is overall in good shape, but I missed a couple of sharp edges which have poked holes in the cover, and the straps to hold the cover in place have chafed some parts of the cover. I looked at some products, but I found (as always) that they had good and bad reviews, mostly that the replacement parts would not stick long enough.
I am hoping that some people here have used some of the products and can give me more helpful advice. What do you recommend for fixing (small) holes and chafing?

Had an RV cover on our Bounder for 3 seasons (until we had an RV port built). I used the stick on patches that came with the cover to repair holes. But I also reinforced the patches by stitching down the edges with a blanket stitch. They held up very well. Of note, I had to use a heavy darning needle with an extra pointy tip to penetrate the thick patch material as well as the cover fabric.

RV cover repairs
Took our RV cover to an awning canvas shop for repairs. Best to do this in the fall when they are not as busy.

When we had a cover on our rig and it was torn, I would take it to an Amish Canvass shop. They did a great repair job. We were in Alamosa, Co. in 2021 and we went to the Amish community there and purchased some great bakery products. Don't know if they have a canvass shop in the area or not.

I just sat down in the garages with our sewing machine and sewed in some patches on ours.
Not a big deal, just gotta bunch it up under the machines frame and do what needs to be done.

If not going to sew, could try awning or sail tape.

Some well placed Gorilla tape. Use appropriate sized pool noodles (cut to size) on ladder if rig has one.

thanks, everybody. I don't have a sewing machine, so I will try a couple of the repair kits and tapes.
