Most of these microwaves are designed to be installed in stick and brick homes, not bouncing down the road. Often they don't have anything to hold the microwave in place, other than depressions in the bottom rails. You could try some hot glue in the depressions, then put the microwave in it. Another thing I've done (I've installed microwaves in homes for years) is take the trim kit off, and cut a piece of wood that you can wedge between the cabinet floor above, and the microwave top. Cut it just a little bit longer than the distance between the bottom of the cabinet floor above the microwave, and the microwave top. That way you can put it in, then twist it and it should hold tight.
