The Howard Precision Steering System (HPSS) on my coach will not move from the center position. I can not recenter the system. The broken part is the Trim Solenoid Valve. It's the same setup as e.g. Insta-Trim boat leveler. You can get many of the control and hydraulic parts for the HPSS from there.
