HWH leveling problem

The front drivers level on our Tiffin 2014 33AA RED, is over-extending, causing the tire to come off the ground about 1/2 inch. While on a trip we got an "excessive slope" warning a couple of times and thought that was the problem but when home we had the same problem on our level concrete pad in the RV barn. We can manually level it getting all tires on the ground but the levels are still extended more than normal. I have called HWH for advice but was told it would be about 6 WEEKS until a tech called me. I also sent an email to Joe at HWH, who had helped before with another issue, but its been over two weeks and no response. At this point we are underwhelmed with HWH's customer service.

I regularly clean the levelers with WD40 and make sure I completely wipe them dry.

Any suggestions will be appreciated.
Thanks,
Robert

If you can manually level the coach with all the tires on the ground but the levelers are too extended, can't you just lower the coach while maintaining level so they aren't too extended?

Thanks. Sure I can manually adjust but didn't use to have to. Just trying to figure out what is wrong and any adjustments I can make. Automatic levelers should be automatic.

one of the pressure switches on the front jacks is not working. the computer has to see both switches at one time to properly level.
run te jacks down, and do a continuity test on both front pressure switches. one on them will be open. its telling the computer that one jack is not down.
replace that pressure switch. download a service manual for your system.
how old is your coach. if it has an outline around the lights on the touch pad, its either a 625 or 725 system. if it has a potted circuit board on top of the pump, its a 725 system. the procedure to test the pressure switch on either is the same.
